	Hereward Roofing have won the Slating Category in the National Federation of Roofing contractors Roofing Excellence Awards! >> NFRC Website with winners List Hereward Roofing from Peterborough has won a prestigious national award for the work it carried out on the Mental Health Unit at the Edith Cavell Hospital. Short listed in the National Federation of Roofing Contractors (NFRC) Excellence in Roofing Awards (slating category) in January, Directors Bill Rogers and Tony Vecere had to wait for the judging panel’s decision until the awards ceremony held last Friday (15 May) at the International Centre in Telford. The NFRC Excellence in Roofing Awards recognise outstanding industry achievement and reward outstanding roofing projects in all the major roofing disciplines. More than 200 companies entered the awards this year, each one has to submit detailed reports on their projects with photographs. A distinguished panel of judges, unanimously chose Hereward Roofing as its entry demonstrated quality workmanship, their ability and professionalism to overcome considerable technical difficulties as well as the environmental qualities and aesthetics of the project. Although this particular award was given for slating skills, Hereward Roofing doesn’t limit itself to that discipline.
